This Myers Park custom home renovation is all about fluid integration. After purchasing the home, the owners wanted to transform the interior to reflect their own personal style. The kitchen, breakfast, family room, was the immediate starting point. Previously a stark contrast of white cabinetry, jet-black countertops, white walls, and pecan colored floors, the design intent was to shift to a better-balanced design and layout throughout the home, especially the featured areas. P. R. Hughes LLC Builder, Phil Hughes was able to accomplish this by working with the new homeowner to reconfigure the existing kitchen layout, installing more elegant custom cabinetry with a softer glazed finish; adding high-quality appliances that catch the eye and aid in entertainment; and upgrading and refinishing all floors, walls, molding and lighting. The result is a charming interior that invites all to linger whether in person or through photographs.
