Project Description
This custom home renovation combines livability and elegant design. The previous floor plan only offered a small kitchen divided from the family room, two and a half baths that included the master bath, and a small wood deck off the back of the home for entertaining. The homeowners, their plan designer, and Phil Hughes, builder and manager of PR Hughes, worked together to design the addition and the renovation of the existing home. Now complete, the home boasts a spacious gourmet kitchen, breakfast area and butler’s pantry open to their family room; a screen porch with an outdoor fireplace connected to a raised patio with grill station; two updated full baths to accommodate their children; and a new master suite with an elegant master bath and a master closet doubled in size.
