A whole custom home renovation transported this 1970’s home on Lake Wylie from cabin rustic to comfortable coastal. The home had not been updated since the original build. The interior was stripped back to framing and wood beams replaced trusses in the ceiling to open up the vaulted space in the gourmet kitchen, breakfast, family room. The upstairs loft/study is now open to the family room below and all rooms have magnificent views of the lake. The master suite is redesigned include a spacious master bath with steam shower, a walk-in master closet, and a sitting area off the master bedroom. Emphasis in this renovation was on superior design, upscale features, and comfortable spaces.
